• Return Period: Our policy is valid for 7 days from the date of receipt. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed , we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

• Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. The item must also be in its original packaging.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please send this information to info@tgwatches.co.uk.

• Return Process:

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  2. We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Refund Processing: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
